▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Pre-made ingots comprises graphene powder and metal powder, where total weight of graphene is 0.01-0.3 wt.% of total weight of pre-made ingots and metal powder comprising aluminum or copper powder. USE - The ingots is useful for graphene-metal composite preparation for preparing electronic heat conduction and heat dissipating component (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ingots solves problem of serious heat generation of electronic product, rapid power consumption, automatic shutdown, failure in operation, declining in battery life, slow online business operation , safety hazard and other issues. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) graphene-metal composite material, comprising metal material and pre-made ingots at ratio 3.5-90 wt.% and 10-96.5 wt.%, where metal material comprises at least one aluminum, silicon, iron, copper, manganese, magnesium, chromium, zinc, titanium, tin and lead; (2) preparing a graphene-metal composite material, comprising (i) adding graphene powder into anhydrous ethanol, and dispersing by ultra sonication to obtain 0.1-0.6 % graphene dispersion, (ii) adding metal powder into graphene dispersion, milling in ball mill for 24 hours under argon gas protection at 1000 revolutions/minutes and drying under vacuum to obtain a composite powder, where weight of graphene is 0.01-0.3 wt.% of total weight of composite powder, (iii) carrying out spark plasma sintering of composite powder to obtain a pre-made ingots, and (iv) co-melting aluminum, silicon, iron, copper, manganese, magnesium, chromium, zinc, titanium, tin, lead, and pre-made ingots into a liquid state, mixing pre-made ingots uniformly with metal material by stirring at 100-600 revolutions/minutes and casting into a round ingot; and (3) preparing an electronic heat conduction and heat dissipating component using graphene-metal composite material, comprising stamping graphene-metal composite material into an electronic heat conduction and heat dissipating component, hot casting or extrusion molding.
