NOVELTY - Preparing graphene based particle modified epoxy resin comprises (a) dissolving the graphene oxide nano particles in a solvent to obtain a first mixed liquid and dispersing the first mixed liquid, (b) adding the first mixed solution to the epoxy matrix, uniformly stirring to obtain a second mixed liquid, (c) subjecting the second mixed liquid to high temperature vacuum treatment to remove the solvent, (d) adding curing agent to the product obtained in the step (c) to obtain a third mixed liquid and casting the third mixed liquid into a mold and (e) vacuum treating the mold and demolding. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene based particle modified epoxy resin. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the dielectric properties of nanocomposites; can effectively inhibit the accumulation of surface charge during use; and improves overall insulation performance.
