NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene film comprises electroplating and reducing, with electroplate liquid used by plating solution comprising dispersion liquid obtained by adding graphene oxidize to mixed solution of water and methyl alcohol and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion, with mixing volume ratio of water to methanol at 2:1-1:3, and concentration of graphene oxide of 1-3 mg/mL. USE - Method for preparing graphene film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene film can be peeled off, compact and smooth.
