NOVELTY - Tumor cell-bacterial fusion material comprising cell wall removed Gram-negative bacteria, tumor cell membrane and intramembrane substance of the tumor cell. USE - The tumor cell-bacterial fusion material or tumor antigen-loaded antigen-presenting cell is useful for preparation of medicine for enhancing immune function, providing tumor effect and promoting uptake and presentation of tumor antigens by antigen-presenting cells or maturation of dendritic cells. The tumor comprises melanoma cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer, liver cancer, stomach cancer, renal cell, pancreatic cancer, ovarian cancer or esophageal cancer (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: method for preparing the tumor cell-bacterial fusion material, involves mixing the cell wall removed Gram-negative bacteria with tumor cells and ultrasonically processing the product; a tumor antigen-loaded antigen-presenting cell comprising dendritic cells or mononuclear phagocytes, where the tumor antigen-loaded antigen-presenting cell is prepared by obtaining antigen-presenting cells from peripheral blood or bone marrow, mixing the antigen-presenting cells, cell culture medium and the tumor cell-bacteria fusion material and incubating to obtain the tumor antigen loaded antigen-presenting cell;nano-dendritic cell vaccine comprising the tumor antigen-loaded antigen-presenting cells and nanomaterials, where the antigen presenting cells are dendritic cells; nano-dendritic cell vaccine comprising the tumor antigen-loaded antigen-presenting cells and nanomaterials, where the antigen presenting cells are dendritic cells; and method for preparing a nano-dendritic cell vaccine involves extracting the cell membrane of the dendritic cells loaded with tumor antigen, and mixing with nanomaterials.
