NOVELTY - High-strength cement-based composite material comprises 23-48 pts. wt. gelling material, 18-35 pts. wt. aggregate, 0.3-1.2 pts. wt. calcium carbonate crystal whisker, 1-8 pts. wt. acrylic emulsion, 0.4-1.8 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol fiber, 0.3-1 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 0.2-1 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, and 12-36 pts. wt. water. The gelled material comprises 8-28% limestone powder, 1-4% calcium sulfate, 3-16% fly ash, 5-25% reinforcing auxiliary material, and silicate cement (remaining amount). The reinforcing auxiliary material is porous coal gangue powder loaded with carboxylated graphene oxide. USE - The composite material is useful to airport pavement. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent flexural, compressive and impact resistance properties, high mechanical strength can meet the application requirements of the airport pavement, bending resistance, impermeability and impact resistance of cement.
