▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Anti-ultraviolet double-component coating with low volatile organic compounds content comprises 40-60% component-A and component-B. The component-A includes pure styrene-acrylic emulsion, sodium silicate, nitrogen-doped layered graphene, nano zinc oxide, polycaprolactone polyol and auxiliary agent-a. The component-B includes nano sepiolite, isomalt, pigment filler, and auxiliary agent-b. USE - The coating is useful for construction. ADVANTAGE - The coating has uniform color, excellent anti-ultraviolet, anti-stripping, weather resistance, stain resistance property, 294 g/l content of volatile organic compounds, good comprehensive performance; and is smooth and even and environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the anti-ultraviolet double-component coating, comprising (i) blending sodium silicate with polycaprolactone polyol, stirring at high speed for 10-15 minutes, adding nano-zinc oxide to it, sonicating for 5-15 minutes to obtain mixed solution-A, adding nitrogen-doped layered graphene to pure styrene-acrylic emulsion under stirring, sonicating for 10-15 minutes, and maintaining for 1-2 hours to obtain mixed solution-B, distributing auxiliary agent-a in specific volume ratio of mixed solution-A and mixed solution-B, adding into mixed solution-A and mixed solution-B correspondingly, and maintaining under stirring for 0.5-2 hours, combining and stirring for at least 30 minutes to obtain component-A, (ii) adding isomalt into adjuvant, stirring evenly, adding the nano sepiolite to it, stirring at high speed for 5-10 minutes, adding the filler to it and stirring at low speed for 0.5-1 hour to obtain component-B, and (iii) mixing component-A and component-B and stirring evenly at room temperature.
