NOVELTY - The filter has a polymer film (11) including nano graphene protrusions formed on a surface (12), a metal plate (15) formed with an ultra-hydrophobic metal surface formed on a surface. Another surface of the metal plate is bonded to another surface of the polymer film. A set of through-holes passing air and blocking droplets are formed. The metal plate includes a set of filter portions arranged such that the polymer film and the metal plate faces each other, where thickness of the polymer film is about 0.002 to 2 mm. The metal plate is provided as a copper plate including thickness of 0.002 to 2 mm. USE - Filter for use in a conventional mask for killing viruses or removing fine dust. ADVANTAGE - The filter is easy to clean, and completely filters and blocks viruses or bacteria in the mask so as to avoid infection caused by viruses or bacteria.
