NOVELTY - Container film comprises orderly arranged a heat sealing layer, a core layer, a weather-proof layer, the heat-sealing layer comprising 1-20 pts. wt. modified isotactic polypropylene, 1-30 pts. wt. linear low-density polyethylene, 1-5 pts. wt. metallocene low density polyethylene, 0.1-2 pts. wt. antibacterial agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-8 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol monolaurate, and 0.1-0.7 pts. wt. nano-sized inorganic particles. USE - The container film is useful for cell culture (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The container film: is multilayer co-extruded film excellent in barrier properties, weather resistance, oxygen permeability, and excellent in cell culture. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the container film comprising (1) pre-drying heat sealing layer, core layer, weather-proof layer, and gas permeable layer at 50-60 degrees C for 30 minutes, and then feeding it into an extrusion system; (2) melting at 200-300 degrees C for 2 hours; (3) extruding the molten material by a multi-layer co-extrusion die, and cooling and setting the film to form a thick film; (4) preheating the film slab at 80-90 degrees C, the transverse and longitudinal stretching is 3-4 times; (5) thin film after stretching for after heat setting, and measuring thickness on-line, and (6) cooling and winding to obtain the container film.
