▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene oxide from graphite electrode scrap is manufactured by (A) providing graphite electrode scrap, (B) grinding electrode graphite scrap to obtain grinded graphite electrode, and (C) oxidizing grinded graphite electrode to obtain graphene oxide by (i) preparing a mixture comprising grinded graphite electrode, acid and nitrate salt and keeping the mixture at less than or equal to 5 degrees C, (ii) adding oxidizing agent into the mixture to obtain graphite oxide, (iii) adding chemical element to stop the oxidation reaction after the targeted level of oxidation is reached, (iv) separating graphite oxide from mixture, and (v) exfoliating graphite oxide into graphene oxide. USE - Manufacture of graphene oxide from graphite electrode scrap. ADVANTAGE - The method is less polluting and obtains graphene oxide having good quality in shortest time.
