NOVELTY - Preparing thermally conductive film based on graphene oxide slurry comprises (i) adding graphene oxide particles to de-ionized water, ultrasonically dispersion, (ii) adding graphene oxide slurry to slurry dripper of the coating film forming equipment, placing number of substrates under feeding mechanism, and activating first air cylinder, extending controlling output end of first air cylinder, make suction cup move down to contact the substrate, moving suction cup to substrate up and start second air cylinder, (3) the substrate reaches directly below slurry feeding mechanism, opening slurry dripper, and dripping graphene oxide slurry onto front end of substrate surface, and substrate reaches the scraper on conveyor belt for position of the material mechanism, and (4) spreading graphene oxide slurry on surface of substrate, and transporting substrate to second drying box, carrying out reduction reaction and taking out substrate, separating film on surface of substrate from substrate. USE - The method is useful for preparing thermally conductive film based on graphene oxide slurry. ADVANTAGE - The method: solves problems in prior art that thermal film preparation process is complicated, and has thermal conductivity.
