NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite radiating coating comprises (1) placing graphene oxide, aluminum powder, silicon nitride powder, boron nitride powder, aluminum oxide powder, dispersant into grinder, then grinding and dispersing uniformly in dry state to obtain pre-composite , (2) transferring pre-composite into muffle furnace, heating, fast burning, melting and fixing aluminum to fix graphene oxide on surface of the silicon nitride powder, boron nitride, aluminum oxide powder, (3) transferring obtained pre-coating into ball mill, then adding hydrazine hydrate solution, aqueous ammonia, grinding, reacting, filtering, water washing, and drying to obtain graphene-coated composite, and (4) dispersing obtained graphene coated composite, methyl silicon resin, composite solvent, hydroxy silicone oil, then sealing and packaging to obtain graphene composite radiating coating. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene composite radiating coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has uniform dispersion of graphene, good compounding effect with silicon nitride powder, boron nitride, and alumina powder, small amount of graphene, and good heat dissipation effect; is economical, easy to popularize and apply; and sutable for heat dissipation surface resistant to 100-300degrees Celsius.
