▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nano low-friction temperature-sensitive drag-reducing thickener, is claimed. The thickener is prepared by coupling nanomaterials and graft-modified temperature-sensitive thickening polymers with coupling agents, the nanomaterials include graphene oxide and/or silicon dioxide. The polymer is triazole containing acrylate based polymer (I). USE - The nanometer low-friction temperature-sensitive drag-reducing thickener is useful in oil-displacing fracturing fluids(claimed). ADVANTAGE - The thickener: utilizes the block copolymer formed by the coaggregation of ethyl methacrylate and glycidyl methacrylate as the main chain of larger molecular mass; can improve the temperature resistance and temperature viscosity increasing ability of the thickening polymer; has higher high temperature thickening effect; reduces the influence of temperature on the degradation of molecular chains, and improves the drag reduction rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Nano low-friction temperature-sensitive drag-reducing thickener, is claimed. The thickner is prepared by coupling nanomaterials and graft-modified temperature-sensitive thickening polymers with coupling agents, the nanomaterials include graphene oxide and/or silicon dioxide. The polymer is triazole containing acrylate based polymer of formula (I). m = 60-80; n = 10-20; j = 30-40; and k = 15-20. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing nano low-friction temperature-sensitive type drag-reducing thickener, comprising (i) taking ethyl methacrylate monomer and adding it into the solvent, adding initiator and mixing it and then carrying out deoxidation treatment, adding ligand and carrying out a aggregation reaction to obtain preliminary homopolymer, mixing preliminary homopolymer, the glycidyl methacrylate and the solvent and then subjecting to deoxygenation treatment, adding ligand and carrying out a aggregation reaction to obtain block copolymer, mixing the block copolymer and sodium azide and carrying out a ring-opening reaction to obtain polymer matrix, (ii) dissolving the polymer matrix in N,N-dimethyldiamide to obtain solution one, dissolving acrylamide, diacetone acrylamide and nanomaterials in distilled water to obtain solution two, adding the solution one into the reaction device and heating to the reaction temperature, adding an initiator to initiate the reaction to obtain solution three, adding coupling agent into the solution three, and gradually adding the solution two to the solution three for grafting coaggregation reaction to obtain final product.
