▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A reduced graphene is prepared by providing expandable graphite intercalated with oxygen-containing groups, heating expandable graphite under conditions sufficient to cause expansion of expandable graphite and formation of expanded graphite comprising oxygen-containing groups, and contacting expanded graphite with carbon monoxide to reduce at least a portion of oxygen-containing groups and form reduced expanded graphite comprising an array of reduced graphene. USE - Preparation of reduced graphene for flexible electronics, advanced materials, semiconductors, electrodes, conductive thin films, solar cells, and reinforced materials. ADVANTAGE - The process enables large volumes of high quality graphene to be produced from relatively low cost and readily available sources of graphite. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for reduced graphene which is prepared by the method.
