NOVELTY - Nano-ceramic anti-corrosion material comprises component A and component B in a mass ratio of 5-8:1, before use, adding the component B to the component A and uniformly mixing. The component A includes solvent-free epoxy resin, coupling agent, reactive diluent, suspension, thickener and metal powder. The component B includes polyamide curing agent, cardanol curing agent, phenalkamine curing agent and/or alicyclic amine curing agent. USE - The anti-corrosion material is used as surface anti-corrosion coating attached to surface of substrates e.g. pipes and flues to form anti-corrosion protective coatings, adhesive material, and repairing damaged substrate surfaces. ADVANTAGE - The adhesive strength is not lower than the welding strength, so it is more convenient to use.
