▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene/resin composite coating comprises 0.01-0.1 wt.% graphene, 0.001-0.1 wt.% silane coupling agent, 10-20 wt.% alkyd resin, 5-10 wt.% zinc powder, and 65-84.989 wt.% solvent. USE - The coating is useful as surface protection of aluminum and aluminum alloy, carbon steel, copper and copper alloy, magnesium alloy, titanium and titanium alloy, and terminal products e.g. marine equipment, sanitary ware, and engineering materials. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and controllable process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene/resin composite coating, comprising (i) immersing metal substrate in a neutral degreasing agent solution, and sonicating to degrease the surface of the metal substrate, (ii) immersing metal substrate in a nitric acid solution to remove the oxide film on the surface of the metal substrate, (iii) immersing metal substrate in 0.005-0.1 wt.% silane solution, and curing to pre-treat the surface of the metal substrate, (iv) dip-coating the graphene/resin composite coating on the surface of the metal substrate, leveling, and spraying the graphene/resin composite coating on the surface of the metal substrate again, and preparing the wet coating film on the surface of the substrate, and (v) curing the metal substrate containing the graphene/resin composite coating on the surface, and preparing the graphene/resin composite coating on the surface of the metal substrate.
