ADVANTAGE - The low cost fluorescent graphene material is cost effective, easy to operate, has low toxicity and large scale of applications in industrial field, biomedical field, semiconductor electronics and optical communication systems. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing low cost fluorescent graphene material which involves: (A) incubating graphite oxide in an oven and maintaining the temperature to 150-300 degrees C; (B) heating graphene for 5-60 minutes; and (C) burning out the etching quantum holes to obtain high-intensity fluorescent graphene material.
