▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of polyphenylene sulfide composite melt spun fiber with gradient dispersion of composite antioxidant comprises mixing graphene oxide and ethanol aqueous solution to obtain dispersion, adding ethanol solution of high-temperature antioxidant to dispersion, mixing, cooling, centrifuging, washing, freeze-drying in vacuum, grinding to obtain composite antioxidant, mixing composite antioxidant and polyphenylene sulfide resin particles, grinding to obtain polyphenylene sulfide/composite antioxidant master batches with different composite antioxidant content, melting polyphenylene sulfide/composite antioxidant masterbatch with different composite antioxidant content by screw extruder to obtain spinning melt, spinning through multi-component composite spinning equipment, spraying spinning melt through sheath-core composite spinneret to form filaments, cooling filaments, drawing and winding. USE - The method is for preparation of polyphenylene sulfide composite melt spun fiber with gradient dispersion of composite antioxidant. ADVANTAGE - The composite antioxidant has excellent thermal stability and uniform dispersion in polyphenylene sulfide fiber matrix. The synergistic effect between shielding and blocking effect of graphene nano sheet layer and effect of antioxidant capturing free radicals in composite antioxidant improve antioxidant effect. The method is simple, has low cost and improves performance of polyphenylene sulfide fiber.
