▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Easily dispersed highly conductive multilayer graphene, obtained by (1) treating natural graphite for 15-30 seconds at 800-900℃, pre-oxidizing the edges, stirring and mixing hydrogen peroxide and pre-oxidized natural graphite at 40-60℃ for 60-150 minutes for further preoxidation treatment, adding concentrated sulfuric acid and stirring, filtering, washing and drying, (2) placing the expandable graphite in an 800-1200W microwave oven and treating in a vacuum state with medium or high heat for 10-20 seconds to obtain worm-type expanded graphite, (3) adding worm-type expanded graphite into the ball milling equipment, adding 2-5 wt.% aqueous conductive polymer solution, and grounding at room temperature for 6-24 hours, ultrasonically treating for 30-60 minutes, and freeze-drying, and obtaining easily dispersed and highly conductive multilayer graphene. USE - The graphene is useful in conduction, heat conduction and energy storage and conversion fields. ADVANTAGE - The method provides easily-dispersed high-conductivity multilayer graphene, which is green and environment-friendly, low cost, easy to scale production, and has high conductivity, good characteristics in water and polymer matrix, the conductive, heat conducting, electrochemical energy storage and so on field can show the advantages.
