NOVELTY - A nitrogen-doped graphene is prepared by mixing liquid carbon and nitrogen-containing organic solution or suspension, and coating in surface of metal substrate; and heating to 750-1100 degrees C for 1-30 minutes under a protective gas atmosphere, and cooling. USE - Method for preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has lower danger coefficient compared to traditional explosion method.
