USE - Method for preparing colloidal quantum dot fluorescent powder composite film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film has high thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A colloidal quantum dot fluorescent powder composite film is prepared by preparing graphene and carbon nanotube composite film, preparing colloid quantum dot fluorescent powder, taking colloid quantum dot fluorescent powder, hydroxyl polydimethyl siloxane, dimethyl silicone oil, silica, hexamethyl disiloxane and modified carbon nanotube, mixing, heating at 90-120 degrees C for 1-4 hours, cooling, filtering, taking dimethyl diethoxy silane, dimethyl silicone oil, vinyl triethoxysilane and dibutyl tin laurate, mixing for 1-2 hours, filtering, adding prepared raw material at mass ratio of (9-11):1, carrying out spin coating, adding graphene and carbon nanotube composite film, and curing for 2-4 hours.
