NOVELTY - Preparing protective layer of solar generator in insolating area comprises e. g. adding silicone-acrylic emulsion, graphene, ultrafine iron powder, ultrafine aluminum powder, high carbon graphite powder, polyacrylic acid, acrylic resin and carbon black into a grinder at 35-55 degrees C, grinding for 60-140 minutes and mixing uniformly to obtain material A, grinding chrome oxide green, talc powder, precipitated barium sulfate, organic bentonite, dibutyl phthalate, acetone, butyl acetate, nano carbon powder and manganese dioxide mixture in grinder for 60-120 minutes at 0.25-45 degrees C, mixing, filtering the prepared solution with filter of 1200-2000 mesh, packing the filtered solution in a container for sealed storage and obtaining material B, adding material A and material B into the stainless steel container, adding acrylate emulsion and polyurethane modified acrylate emulsion and mixing at 260-420 revolutions/minute. USE - The method is useful for preparing protective layer of solar generator in insolating area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing protective layer of solar generator in insolating area comprises (i) adding silicone-acrylic emulsion, graphene, ultrafine iron powder, ultrafine aluminum powder, high carbon graphite powder, polyacrylic acid, acrylic resin and carbon black into a grinder at 35-55 degrees C, grinding for 60-140 minutes and mixing uniformly to obtain material A; (ii) grinding chrome oxide green, talc powder, precipitated barium sulfate, organic bentonite, dibutyl phthalate, acetone, butyl acetate, nano carbon powder and manganese dioxide mixture in grinder for 60-120 minutes at 0.25-45 degrees C, mixing uniformly, filtering the prepared solution with filter of 1200-2000 mesh, packing the filtered solution in a container for sealed storage and obtaining material B; (iii) adding material A and material B into the stainless steel container, adding acrylate emulsion and polyurethane modified acrylate emulsion, mixing at 260-420 revolutions/minute, adding epoxy resin modified acrylate emulsion, sodium dodecyl sulfate modified silkworm protein-gelatin and stirring for 45-85 minutes; (iv) adding silica solution and deionized water, dispersing with a ball mill, dispersing into fineness of below 20 mu m, and connecting the dispersed paint to clean container; and (v) filtering the material with 100 mesh wire and filling the container with the filtered material and sealing.
