▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene-iron composite fiber comprises composite fiber. The composite fiber contains pure graphene fiber and pure graphene fiber covered iron layer. The pure graphene fiber surface has fold. The iron layer has an elongated structure embedded in the fold. USE - Graphene-iron composite fiber. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-iron composite fiber has improved electrical property, stable fiber structure and no hole defects, and its conductivity does not change after bending one hundred times. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene-iron composite fiber, which involves: (A) using the method of wet-spinning for preparing graphene oxide fiber having diameter of 1-50 microns; (B) heating graphene oxide fiber in high temperature furnace to obtain the pure graphene fiber; and (C) fixing pure graphene fiber to cathode fixed on the electroplating tank where anode is iron, applying direct current (DC) voltage of 0.1-20Volt for 2-120 seconds, taking out fiber, using deionized water to wash off the fiber surface plating solution, and then drying fiber in a vacuum oven to obtain graphene iron composite fiber where plating solution contains 300-550g/L ferric sulfate, 3-10mL/L concentrated sulfuric acid having concentration of 98 wt.% and 100-200g/L potassium sulfate.
