NOVELTY - Aqueous nano lubricant comprises 88-93 wt.% deionized water, 4-6 wt.% polyphosphate, 1-2 wt.% polyvinylpyrrolidone, 2-4 wt.% oxide nano powder and 0.01-0.05 wt.% graphene oxide. USE - The lubricant is useful for rolling based on graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lubricant has good stability and abrasion resistance, excellent lubrication performance, cooling performance, very corrosive substrate, good adhesion, strong inhibitory effect, and cold rolling and hot rolling environment can achieve more excellent lubrication effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aqueous nano lubricant comprising (i) adding polyphosphate to deionized water for completely dissolve to obtain primary solution, (ii) adding polyvinylpyrrolidone to solution and stirring to clarify liquid, (iii) adding oxide nanometer powder and evenly stirring, (iv) adding graphene powder to solution and uniformly mixing, and (v) ultrasonic dispersing graphene oxide on water bath, and preventing agglomeration of other nanoparticles to obtain final product.
