NOVELTY - Preparing titanium dioxide sheet/graphene composite film having (001) crystal face involves adding 1-30 mg of oxidized graphite ink to 10 mL of deionized water, sonicating for 0.5-4 hours to ensure uniform dispersion of the graphite oxide, vacuum filtering to obtain graphite oxide film, adding titanium tetrafluoride or ammonium fluothitanium titanate 0.1-2g to 60 mL of ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol or tetraethylene glycol solution. USE - Method for preparing titanium dioxide sheet/graphene composite film having crystal face used in solar battery, airpurifying, antibacterial, and self-cleaning. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare titanium dioxide sheet/graphene composite film having crystal face is easy to industrialize, which has strong operability, certain application value and market prospect, has wide application range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing titanium dioxide sheet/graphene composite film having (001) crystal face involves adding 1-30 mg of oxidized graphite ink to 10 mL of deionized water, sonicating for 0.5-4 hours to ensure uniform dispersion of the graphite oxide, vacuum filtering to obtain graphite oxide film, adding titanium tetrafluoride or ammonium fluothitanium titanate 0.1-2g to 60 mL of ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol or tetraethylene glycol solution, stirring at room temperature, adding 0.1-5 ml glacial acetic acid, and reacting to obtain clear solution. The graphite oxide film obtained is then impregnated into the clear solution obtained, placed in a reaction kettle at a temperature of 80-200 degrees C for 4-18 hours. The reaction is completed, deionized water is used, washed with ethanol, and dried at a temperature of 60 degrees C to obtain afinal product.
