NOVELTY - A nano-graphene modified rubber contains chloroprene rubber, nitrile rubber, acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer rubber, diene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, regenerated rubber, polylactic acid chitosan, nano-graphene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, high-density polyethylene, conductive mica powder, nano-conductive graphite powder, trimer of polyisocyanate, pitch-based carbon fiber powder, trimethylpentyl triethoxysilane, nano-active agent, plasticizer, antioxidant, self-made modified hydrotalcite, attapulgite clay, nano-titanium dioxide, nano cerium oxide and accelerator. USE - Nano-graphene modified rubber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano-graphene modified rubber has excellent toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A nano-graphene modified rubber comprises 50-60 pts. wt. chloroprene rubber, 25-30 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 40-60 pts. wt. acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer rubber, 40-55 pts. wt. diene rubber, 10-15 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene rubber, 25-30 pts. wt. regenerated rubber, 15-20 pts. wt. polylactic acid chitosan, 10-15 pts. wt. nano-graphene, 80-90 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 40-50 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, 30-35 pts. wt. coal gangue, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. conductive mica powder, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. nano-conductive graphite powder, 0.8-1 pt. wt. trimer of polyisocyanate, 30-35 pts. wt. pitch-based carbon fiber powder, 5-7 pts. wt. non-halogenated organic phosphonate, 8-10 pts. wt. hexamethylenetetramine, 2-4 pts. wt. trimethylpentyl triethoxysilane, 20-30 pts. wt. nano-active agent, 2-8 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1-5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 2-6 pts. wt. self-made modified hydrotalcite, 10-18 pts. wt. attapulgite clay, 8-12 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 6-14 pts. wt. nano cerium oxide and 2-6 pts. wt. accelerator. The nano-active agent is chosen from magnesium oxide, aluminum oxide, silicon nitride and boron nitride. The nano-graphene is prepared by adding concentrated sulfuric acid to graphite, heating the mixture at -20 to -10 degrees C for 5-12 hours, again heating at 0-5 degrees C, stirring for 5-12 hours, adding potassium permanganate, carrying out oxidizing reaction to obtain graphite oxide solution, flocculating and modifying the graphite oxide solution with cetyl trimethylammonium bromide to obtain modified graphite oxide solution, filtering modified solution, washing and vacuum drying the washed solution at 50 degrees C for 24 hours. The self-made modified hydrotalcite is prepared by dispersing magnesium aluminate hydrotalcite in de-watered carbon dioxide deionized water to form slurry, dissolving excess amount of sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate in water, adding dissolved solution to slurry, heating mixture, stirring, adding acetic acid to stirred mixture to adjust pH to 3.7, carrying out reaction at reflux temperature for 3 hours, cooling heated mixture, washing product with de-watered carbon dioxide deionized water, filtering until the pH of filtrate is 7 and drying the filtrate. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nano-graphene modified rubber.
