▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing an injectable self-healing composite hydrogel anticancer system loaded with graphene and nano hydroxyapatite, comprises adding nano needle-shaped hydroxyapatite and nano graphene oxide into a phosphate buffer solution of carboxy methyl chitosan and uniformly dispersing by ultrasonic to obtain a mixture, adding phosphate buffer solution of aldehyde polyethylene glycol into the mixture, stirring and realizing sol-to-gel conversion within 5 minutes to obtain the self-healing hydrogel encapsulating the two nanoparticles. USE - The injectable self-healing composite hydrogel anticancer system is useful in the field of tumor treating. ADVANTAGE - The hydrogel: has excellent biological compatibility; can inhibit the proliferation of the tumor cell and promote the apoptosis; and ensure the infrared spectrum absorption capability for near infrared light.
