ADVANTAGE - The nickel aluminide-based self-lubricating material has excellent mechanical property, tribological performance and anti-cracking ability, low friction coefficient and wear rate, is simple to prepare, easy to control and suitable for popularization. It has wide application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing nickel aluminide-based self-lubricating material, which involves: (A) mixing raw materials with graphene powder, silver powder, nickel powder and aluminum powder to obtain molten alloy liquid; (B) placing molten alloy liquid in atomizing device for vacuum atomization and condensing and solidifying spherical metal powder; (C) sieving particles to 60-100 nanmometer to obtain graphene/silver/nickel aluminide-based spherical powder; and (D) subjecting graphene/silver/nickel aluminide-based spherical powder to laser melting deposition to obtain desired product.
