▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Toughened anti-abrasion epoxy resin cement comprises component (A) and component (B) in a use ratio of (3-6):1. The component (A) comprises 40-60 parts mass epoxy resin, 8-15 parts mass diluent, 5-8 parts mass alkyl glycidyl ether (AGE) reactive diluent, 5-8 parts mass silane coupling agent, 10-14 parts mass fumed silica and 18-25 parts mass brominated nano-light calcium. The component (B) comprises 60-80 parts mass curing agent, 10-20 parts mass 2,4,6-tris-(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol (DMP-30) accelerator, 15-20 parts mass brominated nano-light calcium and 2-5 parts mass graphene oxide nanosheets. The epoxy resin comprises an adhesive portion and a modified portion, where the adhesive portion is bisphenol A epoxy resin or bisphenol F epoxy resin, the modified portion is an epoxy-terminated polysiloxane with an epoxy equivalent of 400-900 g/mol, and the mass ratio of the adhesive portion and the modified portion is (8-12):1. USE - The toughened anti-abrasion epoxy resin cement is used for hydropower and water conservancy engineering, bridge engineering, high-speed rail transit engineering and construction engineering. ADVANTAGE - The epoxy cement has high strength, toughness, impact resistance, erosion resistance and excellent comprehensive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the toughened anti-abrasion epoxy resin cement, which involves (i) mixing epoxy resin, diluent, active diluent AGE and silane coupling agent in component (A), uniformly stirring, placing in a three-roller machine, adding fumed silica and bromide nano-light calcium, and grinding to a fineness of less than 50, (ii) mixing curing agent in the component (B) and the DMP-30 accelerator, uniformly stirring, placing in the three-roller machine, adding bromide nano-light calcium and graphene oxide nanosheets, and grinding to a fineness of less than 50, and (iii) mixing the mixture prepared in step (i) and step (ii), and manually stirring with the three-roller machine to prepare the cement.
