▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing anti-static high wear-resistant MC nylon comprises (i) adding caprolactam into a dry reactor and heating at 90-110 degrees C to completely melt caprolactam, (ii) adding graphene into the caprolactam melt, and ultrasonic treating for 1 hours under stirring, (iii) adding molybdenum disulfide into the product prepared in step (ii), continuous stirring for 30 minutes, heating the system to 130-135 degrees C, applying vacuum to remove water for 10 minutes, (iv) adding catalyst to maintain system temperature 130-135 degrees C, dissolving the catalyst under stirring, then evacuating and removing water for 10 minutes, then heating the system to 170 degrees C, adding activator, quickly stirring and then casting in a preheated mold at 170 degrees C for 20 minutes, cooling at room temperature to 50 degrees C, and demolding to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing anti-static high wear-resistant MC nylon. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes graphene and molybdenum disulfide, which produces MC nylon excellent antistatic performance and wear resistance; has simple process, and short production cycle; and is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing anti-static high wear-resistant MC nylon comprises (i) adding caprolactam into the a reactor and heating at 90-110 degrees C to completely melt caprolactam, (ii) adding graphene into the caprolactam melt, and ultrasonic treating for 1 hours under stirring, (iii) adding molybdenum disulfide into the product prepared in step (ii), continuous stirring for 30 minutes, heating the system to 130-135 degrees C, applying vacuum to remove water for 10 minutes, (iv) adding catalyst to maintain system temperature 130-135 degrees C, dissolving the catalyst under stirring, then evacuating and removing water for 10 minutes, then heating the system to 170 degrees C, adding activator, quickly stirring and then casting in a preheated mold at 170 degrees C for 20 minutes, cooling at room temperature to 50 degrees C, and demolding to obtain final product, where the anti-static high wear-resistant MC nylon is composed of 100 pts. wt. caprolactam, 0.5-3 pts. wt. graphene, 2-6 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. catalyst and 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. activator.
