▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Ink composition comprises greater than 0.2 wt.% graphene quantum dot nanosurfactant, a printable material, and a solvent, where the printable material is dispersed in the solvent by the graphene quantum dot nanosurfactant. USE - The ink composition is useful in a device including a photodetector (claimed), sensors, energy conversion/storage devices, and flexible and wearable electronics. ADVANTAGE - The ink composition has improved mechanical stability and photoconductance, overall device performance and improved ink colloidal stability, and eliminates need of surfactant removal for final device fabrication. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) A method for preparing the ink composition, involving (a) dissolving greater than 0.2 wt.% graphene quantum dot nanosurfactant in the solvent to obtain a solution and (b) mixing the printable material with the solution, where the at least a portion of the printable material is dispersed in the solvent by the graphene quantum dot nanosurfactant; (2) A method for printing, involving applying the ink composition onto a substrate for forming a printed film; and (3) A device comprising the printed film.
