▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphite powder and pimelic acid powder are mixed, mixture is added to ball-milling tank, deionized water is added and milled, to obtain carboxylated graphene turbid liquid. Obtained liquid is ultrasonically stirred, to obtain carboxylated graphene suspension. Aluminate solution is added to carboxylated graphene suspension, stirred, mixed solution is filtered, the filtrate is activated by microwave heating, cooled, acid-pickling is carried out, washed using water, filtered and dried, to obtain high-purity graphene. USE - Preparation of high-purity graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical and simple preparation of high-purity graphene having high specific surface area with high productivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphite is ground and sieved, to obtain graphite powder having an average particle diameter of 210-480 mu m. Pimelic acid is ground and sieved, to obtain pimelic acid powder having an average particle diameter of 60-200 mu m. The graphite powder and pimelic acid powder are mixed in a weight ratio of 1:1-1:4, obtained mixture is added to ball-milling tank, deionized water is added, then grinding balls are added and milled, to obtain carboxylated graphene turbid liquid. The turbid liquid is provided into ultrasonic apparatus and ultrasonically stirred, to obtain carboxylated graphene suspension. Aluminate solution is added to carboxylated graphene suspension, stirred, mixed solution is filtered, the filtrate is activated by microwave heating, then cooled, acid-pickling is carried out, washed using water, filtered and dried, to obtain high-purity graphene.
