▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A tin oxide-titanium oxide ternary graphene composite nanomaterial is prepared by adding deionized water and alcohol mixed solution to oxidized graphene at a volume ratio of 2:1 to obtain a graphene solution having a concentration of 0.7 mol/l, adding hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and concentrated hydrochloric acid, stirring continuously for 0.5-1 hour, adding stannous chloride and titanyl sulfate, stirring continuously for 0.5-1 hour, heating at 120-180 degrees C for 12-24 hours, washing with deionized water, washing with ethyl alcohol, washing with deionized water, and drying. USE - Method of preparing tin oxide-titanium oxide ternary graphene composite nanomaterial. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A tin oxide-titanium oxide ternary graphene composite nanomaterial is prepared by adding deionized water and alcohol mixed solution to oxidized graphene at a volume ratio of 2:1 to obtain a graphene solution having a concentration of 0.7 mol/l, adding hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and concentrated hydrochloric acid, stirring continuously for 0.5-1 hour, adding stannous chloride and titanyl sulfate, stirring continuously for 0.5-1 hour, heating at 120-180 degrees C for 12-24 hours, washing with deionized water, washing with ethyl alcohol, washing with deionized water, and drying. The oxidized graphene, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, concentrated hydrochloric acid, stannous chloride and titanyl sulfate have a mol ratio of 4.2:65:0.2:0.3.
