USE - The sensor used to adsorb dipterex and analysis and detection of dipterex residues in plant-derived foods (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensor has strong selectivity, good stability, high sensitivity, low cost and fast response. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing dipterex sol-gel print sensor comprises (i) polishing and washing the glassy carbon electrode, placing the electrode in 0.5 mol/l sulfuric acid solution, performing circulating scanning in potential range of -0.4 to 1.2 V, taking out electrode and washing, drying by nitrogen, circularly scanning in the electro active probe solution, until obtaining stable cyclic voltammetry response and the peak potential difference is less than 85 mV, obtaining the active electrode and marking as A; (ii) placing the 100 mg chitosan in 10 ml of 1% acetic acid solution, magnetic stirring for 30 minutes, ultrasonically processing to remove the bubble, marking as B, dissolving 20 mg reduction graphene oxide in 10 ml of N, N-dimethyl formamide, ultrasonically processing for 30 minutes, taking 5 l in the beaker and gradually adding equal volume of B under the stirring state, stirring for 30 minutes, preparing reducing graphene oxide-chitosan modifier, marking as C, dripping a total of 10 mu l of C on the surface of A in two times using a liquid transferring gun, drying under the infrared lamp to obtain the reducing graphene oxide-chitosan modified electrode and marking as D; (iii) mixing tetramethoxysilane, methyltrimethoxy silane, and potassium chloride of absolute ethyl alcohol, ultrasonically processing for 10 minutes to obtain transparent non-imprinted sol-gel pre-polymerization liquid, marking as E, mixing tetramethoxysilane, methyl trimethoxysilane, dipterex, and potassium chloride of absolute ethyl alcohol after mixing ultrasonic for 10 minutes to obtain the transparent imprinted sol-gel prepolymer and marking as F; (iv) electropolymerizing to prepare sol-gel blotting film, placing the D in E, circularly scanning using cyclic voltammetry, observing the dissolved oxygen is reduced to the peak position corresponding to OH, placing the D in the F, carrying out electric polymerization under the negative potential condition by the timing current method, forming a compact and uniform sol-gel blotting film on the surface of the modified electrode, naturally drying overnight and marking as G; and (v) eluting the template molecule G in the eluent and washing the physically adsorbed dipterex and eluent on the electrode surface using ultra-pure water.
