NOVELTY - Transplanting under a film of tobacco floating seedling raising and pulling up plants comprises (i) preparing seedling substrate, (ii) immersing the tobacco seeds in the treatment solution, then placing them in the electrolytic cell, turning on the power supply, immersing the ultrasonic probe in the treatment solution, starting the ultrasonic wave, carrying out ionization-ultrasonic coupling treatment, and filtering out the seeds after completion, (iii) packing the seedling substrate prepared in the step (i) into a plate, sowing and then the pretreated seeds in the step (ii) into the seedling tray, and sowing 1-3 seeds in each plug tray, (iv) performing intermittent sound-light wave coupling treatment before transplanting seedlings, and (v) transplanting seedlings after the height of the seedlings in the step (iv) grows to 16-20 cm, the seedlings can be transplanted by the method of transplanting under the film. USE - The method is useful for transplanting under a film of tobacco floating seedling raising and pulling up plants. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves germination characteristics of the seeds; shortens germination time of the seeds; enhances the resistance of seedlings, comprehensive treatment to avoid the phenomenon of uneven development of seedlings; avoids the problem of uneven growth rate caused by uneven light source during the growth of seedlings, improves the survival rate of seedlings, and reduces the number of transplanting, and save manpower and material resources.
