▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Photoelectronic device includes an energy conversion layer having a hybrid structure that includes graphene quantum dots (GQDs) attached to surfaces of silica nanoparticles (SNPs) and electrodes produced on upper and lower portions of the energy conversion layers. The silica nanoparticles are spherical, and the GQDs are two-dimensional planar in form. They are bonded to the surfaces of the spherical shapes. The nanoparticles are surface-treated to form a bond with the quantum dots. The first electrode is formed on a substrate. The energy conversion and second electrodes are formed on the conversion layer. USE - Photoelectronic device for converting optical energy into electric energy or electric energy into optical energy, perovskite solar cells, organic and inorganic hybrid solar cells and DSSCs. ADVANTAGE - The photoelectronic device has a hybrid structure of silica nanoparticles and graphene quantum dots for increasing energy transfer efficiency.
