▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Polytetrafluoroethylene nanofiber composite membrane prepared by (i) preparing spinning carrier solution, adding polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion emulsion and stirring, adding viscosity modifier to prepare spinning solution, and electrospinning-hot pressing sintering treatment to obtain polytetrafluoroethylene nanofiber porous base membrane; (ii) soaking the base membrane with the pretreatment agent, washing and drying, soaking in the oxidant solution, post-heating, chemical vapor deposition, heat treatment, and rinsing to obtain a surface-modified base film; (iii) dispersing graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes through a solvent, adding a crosslinking agent and mixing evenly, vacuum filtering the mixed solution on the surface of the base membrane, and performing crosslinking by heat treatment. On the surface, an intercalation layer of graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes is constructed, and interfacial polymerization is carried out. USE - Used as polytetrafluoroethylene nanofiber composite membrane. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple process flow, strong controllability and easy amplification.
