NOVELTY - Preparing functionalized graphene comprises adding flake graphite powder, intercalation aid and peeling aid into a reaction mill equipment and sealing, passing carbon dioxide gas into the reaction mill equipment and performing reaction milling, taking out the sample, sieving, removing impurities, and drying to obtain functionalized graphene. USE - The functionalized graphene is useful in preparing lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method saves preparation cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for functionalized graphene prepared by above method.
