NOVELTY - Three dimensional materials quantum dots, comprises a graphene-doped quantum dots containing heteroatom, boron nitride-doped quantum dots containing hetero-atom, and inorganic chalcogenide-doped quantum dots containing heteroatom. USE - The three dimensional materials quantum dots are useful as metal ion and polymer stripping material. ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional material has laminated structure, luminescence property, yield rate of 5-95% (all claimed), and excellent quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing three dimensional materials quantum dots, comprising (a) mixing a three-dimensional material and a solvent in reaction vessel, and depositing the solvent between layers of the three-dimensional material, and (b) heating the reaction vessel to vaporize the solvent under pressure, separating the layers of the three-dimensional material to form quantum dots, and doping molecule containing heteroatom formed by decomposition of the solvent into quantum dot of the three-dimensional material.
