NOVELTY - Preparation of modified graphene lithium-containing compound composite material includes mixing graphene oxide, iron salt and manganese salt, dissolving in water, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene oxide dispersion; mixing with oxalate solution, stirring, adding pH regulating agent, reacting to room temperature, filtering, washing, and drying to obtain oxalate ferromanganese/graphene oxide precursor; and adding lithium salt and phosphonium salt, adding carbon source, milling, and sintering. USE - Method for preparation of modified graphene lithium-containing compound composite material (claimed) used as battery cathode material for electric car and other large mobile device. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple. The material has good electrochemical properties and excellent rate performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of modified graphene lithium-containing compound of formula LiMnxFe1-xPO4/C composite material comprises: (A) mixing graphene oxide, iron salt and manganese salt at ratio of 0.01-0.3:1-1:0-1, dissolving in water to obtain 0.5-2 mol/L mixed solution, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene oxide dispersion; and mixing with oxalate solution at ratio of 1:1-1.2, stirring, adding pH regulating agent to adjust pH to 3-4, reacting to room temperature to obtain emulsion, filtering, washing, and drying to obtain oxalate ferromanganese/graphene oxide precursor; and (B) adding lithium salt and phosphonium salt at ratio of 1-1.05:1:1, adding carbon source, milling, and sintering to 600-700 degrees C for 5-10 hours under inert atmosphere.
