NOVELTY - Water-based graphene dispersion comprises 0.1-3 wt.% nano-graphene powder and 20-300 wt.% surface modifier of nano graphene powder. USE - Used as water-based graphene dispersion. ADVANTAGE - The dispersion has good stability, low viscosity, good fluidity, no sedimentation phenomenon, no harmful impurities; and is environmentally friendly. The method is simple; and has mild reaction and short modification time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing water-based graphene dispersion, comprising (i) adding nano graphene powder into distilled water and stirring for 10-30 minutes to obtain graphene slurry, (ii) adding the surface modifier into the distilled water, adding aqueous ammonia, and stirring for 10-30 minutes to obtain surface modifier solution, and (iii) adding the surface modifier solution into the graphene slurry, and ultrasonically reacting at 40-80 degrees C for 10-30 minutes.
