NOVELTY - A polyaniline/graphene/manganese dioxide composite material preparing method involves dispersing graphene oxide in water. The graphene oxide solution is mixed with aniline and heated. The aniline graphene mixed solution is dispersed in chloroform, placed in vial. The aqueous phase is collected, washed and dried to obtain composite material, followed by collecting 10 mg composite material, adding 10 ml deionized water, allowing for ultrasonic vibration, applying 5 mu l dispersion liquid to the platinum surface of the electrode plate and drying at room temperature to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing polyaniline/graphene/manganese dioxide composite material that is utilized in supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing composite material with improved overall performance and cycle life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A polyaniline/graphene/manganese dioxide composite material preparing method involves dispersing 20 mg graphene oxide in 10 ml water to form an aqueous solution of graphene oxide. The aqueous solution of graphene oxide is mixed with aniline, heated at 90-100 degrees C, stirred for 6-24 hours, cooled at room temperature and allowed to stand for stratification using a separatory funnel to obtain aniline graphene mixed solution. The aniline graphene mixed solution is dispersed in 73 mu l 5 ml chloroform as the organic phase, added with ammonium persulfate, potassium permanganate, hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid solution as an aqueous phase, placed in 20 m diameter vial and reacted for 4 hours. The aqueous phase is collected by using centrifugation, washed with plenty of deionized water to remove the unreacted aniline monomer and the oxidizing agent and dried under vacuum at 60 degrees C for 12 hours to obtain composite material, followed by collecting 10 mg composite material, adding 10 ml deionized water, allowing for ultrasonic vibration, applying 5 mu l dispersion liquid to the platinum surface of the electrode plate and drying at room temperature to obtain the finished product.
