▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A composite electrode comprises a silicon-graphene active material with a specific capacity of 500-2200 mAh/g and a conductive polymer binder. The conductive polymer binder has a polymeric composition with a pyrene-based repeating unit (I). USE - Composite electrode used in lithium-ion battery for electric vehicles and hybrid electric vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The electrode provides battery having excellent cycle stability, and has excellent electronic conductivity and adhesiveness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A composite electrode comprises a silicon-graphene active material with a specific capacity of 500-2200 mAh/g and a conductive polymer binder. The conductive polymer binder has a polymeric composition with a pyrene-based repeating unit of formula (I). m+n=1-10 million;and m/n=9/1-1/9. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of composite electrode, which involves forming a solution of a solvent and the conductive polymer binder, adding the silicon-graphene active material to the solution to form slurry, mixing the slurry to form a homogeneous mixture, depositing a thin film of obtained mixture over top of a substrate and drying the resulting composite to form electrode.
