NOVELTY - The apparatus has a thin film transistor (TFT) substrate (100) comprising a set of thin film transistors, and an organic light-emissive device (200) provided on the TFT substrate. An encapsulation layer (400) is provided on the TFT substrate and the organic light-emissive device. The encapsulation layer covers the organic light-emissive device and comprises a hybrid material comprising a block copolymer and functionalized graphene. The block copolymer comprises a hydrophilic homopolymer and a hydrophobic homopolymer. USE - Organic light emitting display apparatus. ADVANTAGE - The encapsulation layer is provided on the TFT substrate and the organic light-emissive device, and covers the organic light-emissive device and comprises a hybrid material comprising a block copolymer and functionalized graphene, thus manufacturing the organic light emitting display apparatus with a better cut-off of water/oxygen and excellent flexibility, in a simple and cost-effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The apparatus comprises a protective layer (300) made of aluminum oxide, silicon dioxide, silicon nitride, silicon oxynitride, aluminium oxynitride, aluminium nitride, titanium dioxide, zirconium oxide, zinc oxide, and tantalum oxide. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing an organic light emitting display apparatus.
