NOVELTY - Multi-band camouflage heat-insulating cooling paint comprises anti-corrosion layer composed of dispersant, leveling agent, anti-settling agent and resin. A heat-insulating cooling layer comprises leveling agent, dispersant, defoamer, anti-settling agent, adhesion promoter and resin. The camouflage surface layer comprises dispersing agent, leveling agent, anti-settling agent and resin. USE - Used as multi-band camouflage heat-insulating cooling paint. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, can realize the comprehensive stealth of visible light, near-infrared and thermal infrared, etc., and has the cooling effect, and the paint has good physical and mechanical properties including adhesion and salt spray resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the wave-band camouflage heat-insulating and cooling paint comprising (i) adding 0.4% dispersant, 0.6% leveling agent and 0.8% anti-settling agent to the resin solvent system, dispersing at 600-700 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 5-20 minutes, adding the anticorrosive sheet powder, using a high-speed dispersing machine, mixing and dispersing for 20-60 minutes at a speed of 300-400 rpm to obtain the anticorrosive coating, (ii) adding 0.3% leveling agent, 0.6% dispersant, 0.3% defoamer, 1% anti-settling agent and 1.5% adhesion promoter into the resin solvent system, and dispersing at 600-700 rpm for 5-20 minutes, reducing the speed to 300-400 rpm and slowly adding heat insulation filler, continue to dispersing for 20-40 minutes to obtain heat insulation cooling layer coating, (iii) stirring and dispersing 10% resin and solvents including xylene, butyl ester, MEK, etc., adding 1% dispersant and pigments and fillers while stirring at a speed of 300-400 rpm, and transferring to grind for 1-3 hours at a speed of 1500-2200 rpm, grinding temperature less than 50 degrees C, fineness less than or equal to 20 mu m to obtain color paste, and packing, and (iv) adding 0.3% dispersant, 0.5% leveling agent and 0.4% anti-settling agent into the resin solvent system, dispersing at 600-700 rpm for 10-40 minutes, and adding the color paste prepared in the step (iii) and radiation filler, adjusting the visible light, near-infrared reflectance and thermal infrared emissivity of the paint, reducing the rotation speed to 300-400 rpm, add a matting agent, and completely dispersing for 20-40 minutes to obtain a camouflage surface coating.
