NOVELTY - Preparing composite anti-penetrant film with graphene oxide/zinc oxide (GO/ZnO) comprises (i) preparing zinc oxide, (ia) taking 3-5 g zinc acetate into the beaker, orderly adding 45-60 ml deionized water, 1-3 ml hydrogen peroxide, 0.3-0.5 g cetyl trimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), and fully stirring, (ib) adding 3-5 ml aqueous ammonia drop by drop, stirring vigorously, and reacting for 8-10 hours, (ic) centrifugally washing, (id) drying at 70-90 degrees C for 3-6 hours, and (id) calcining at 450-500 degrees C for 2-4 hours, (ii) preparing GO/ZnO, (iia) dissolving GO and ZnO in a ratio of (100:20-50) in N, N-dimethylformamide, (iib) ultrasonically treating for 1-3 hours for uniform dispersion to prepare GO/ZnO nanocomposite, and (iic) centrifuging the mixture obtained in the step (iib), then washing using ethanol, and drying to obtain GO/ZnO complex. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite anti-penetrant film with graphene oxide/zinc oxide (GO/ZnO). ADVANTAGE - The method: has simple preparation and operation processes; improves desalination rate and water flux, and flux membrane; increases the desalination rate; utilizes raw materials, which are easily available; and is economical and suitable for commercial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing composite anti-penetrant film with graphene oxide/zinc oxide (GO/ZnO) comprises (i) preparing zinc oxide, (ia) taking 3-5 g zinc acetate into the beaker, orderly adding 45-60 ml deionized water, 1-3 ml hydrogen peroxide, 0.3-0.5 g cetyl trimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), and fully stirring, (ib) adding 3-5 ml aqueous ammonia drop by drop, stirring vigorously, and reacting for 8-10 hours, (ic) centrifugally washing, (id) drying at 70-90 degrees C for 3-6 hours, and (id) calcining at 450-500 degrees C for 2-4 hours, (ii) preparing GO/ZnO, (iia) dissolving GO and ZnO in a ratio of (100:20-50) in N, N-dimethylformamide, (iib) ultrasonically treating for 1-3 hours for uniform dispersion to prepare GO/ZnO nanocomposite, and (iic) centrifuging the mixture obtained in the step (iib), then washing using ethanol, and drying to obtain GO/ZnO complex, (iii) preparing polysulfone support membrane comprising dissolving polysulfone and GO/ZnO composite in a certain proportion in a polar solvent to obtain a mixed solution, heating the solution until the polysulfone is completely dissolved, removing impurities by filtration, maintaining the temperature for deaeration, cooling the defoamed solution, then using stainless steel spatula to coat the casting solution on the non-woven fabric, and then soaking it in the coagulation bath to form a film, (iv) soaking the polysulfone support membrane in the step (iii) in the aqueous phase solution for 1-3 minutes, taking out, and blow drying with a super air knife, and (v) soaking the polysulfone support membrane treated in the step (iv) in the oil phase solution for 5-90 seconds, taking out, and drying at 40-110 degrees C to obtain a high-throughput composite polyamide anti-penetrant film.
