NOVELTY - A crack-resistant composite cable material comprises polyvinyl chloride resin, styrene-butadiene rubber, silicone rubber, polyvinyl acetate, antioxidant, polyethylene wax, polyethylene glycol, graphene, aluminum silicate fiber, nano-oxide, polypropylene, calcium stearate, dolomite, sepiolite, N330 carbon black, flame retardant, plasticizer, alum epoxidized soybean oil and stabilizer. USE - Crack-resistant composite cable material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The crack-resistant composite cable material has excellent high temperature and low temperature performance due to the presence of silicone rubber, wear resistance, heat resistance and aging resistance due to the presence of styrene-butadiene rubber, and stability due to the presence of composite of polyvinyl chloride resin and silicone rubber, and can be prepared by simple method within short period of time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A crack-resistant composite cable material comprises 70-80 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin, 30-35 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene rubber, 25-35 pts. wt. silicone rubber, 15-19 pts. wt. polyvinyl acetate, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-3 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 1-3 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 2 pts. wt. graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. aluminum silicate fiber, 3-5 pts. wt. nano-oxide, 15-25 pts. wt. polypropylene, 1-2 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 1 pt. wt. dolomite, 1 pt. wt. sepiolite, 2-3.5 pts. wt. N330 carbon black, 1.5 pts. wt. flame retardant, 1-3 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1 pt. wt. alum epoxidized soybean oil and 2-4 pts. wt. stabilizer.
