NOVELTY - Complex material comprises 14-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 7-60 pts. wt. matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) enzyme-responsive polypeptide grafted on surface of graphene oxide, 40-60 pts. wt. basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF)-plasmid DNA and 6.1-30 pts. wt. stromal cell-derived factor 1 (SDF-1) protein. The complex material under action of MMP-2 enzyme can sequentially release protein and gene. USE - Complex material used for releasing protein and gene. ADVANTAGE - The material has simple and easy to control preparation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of complex material comprising adding 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxysulfosuccinimide to graphene oxide solution, and activating for 30-60 minutes; adding MMP-2 enzyme-responsive polypeptide into activated solution, and stirring for 6-12 hours; adding bFGF plasmid DNA, and shaking for 20-60 minutes; and adding SDF-1 protein solution, and resuspending after 6-12 hours.
