▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Concentrated hydrochloric acid is added to aniline-graphene oxide dispersion, ammonium persulfate dissolved in deionized water is added to obtain mixed solution. The mixed solution is reacted, centrifuged and washed to obtain polyaniline-graphene oxide composite material. Polyaniline-graphene oxide composite material is oxidized and dispersed in deionized water to form dispersion. The pH of obtained dispersion is adjusted, reacted, resulting product is centrifuged, washed and dried to obtain low electroconductivity-graphene flake composite material. USE - Preparation of low electroconductivity-graphene flake composite material used for preparing anticorrosive coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides low electroconductivity-graphene flake composite material having reduced conductivity of graphene by a simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene oxide is added to ethylene glycol or deionized water, and ultrasonic processing is carried out for 1-3 hours to obtain graphene oxide dispersion having concentration of 1-3 mg/ml. Aniline is added to graphene oxide dispersion and stirred to obtain aniline-graphene oxide dispersion. Concentrated hydrochloric acid is slowly added to dispersion, ammonium persulfate dissolved in deionized water or ethylene glycol is added to obtain mixed solution. The mixed solution is reacted in ice bath for 0.5-1 hour, resulting product is centrifuged and washed to obtain polyaniline-graphene oxide composite material. Polyaniline-graphene oxide composite material is oxidized and dispersed in deionized water to form 6-10 mg/ml dispersion. The pH of obtained dispersion is adjusted to 12-14 using potassium hydroxide or sodium hydroxide, reacted in water bath at 90 degrees C for 1-5 hours, resulting product is centrifuged, washed and dried to obtain low electroconductivity-graphene flake composite material. The mass-volume ratio of graphene oxide and aniline is 0.18-0.54 g:0.5-1 ml. The molar ratio of aniline, hydrochloric acid and ammonium persulfate is 1:1-2:1-1.5. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of anticorrosion coating, which involves coating low electroconductivity-graphene flake composite material on surface of metal substrate, and drying.
