NOVELTY - Composite comprises polyimide and graphene, where the polyimide and graphene are uniformly dispersed in the composite. USE - The composite is useful for manufacturing heat radiation sheet which is used in electronic components and devices. The composite is in the form of sheet or film. ADVANTAGE - The composite can be manufactured in a simple manner, and has high thermal conductivity and heat dissipation, and low residual stress. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for manufacturing the composite, which involves obtaining the polyimide and graphene raw material, dissolving the polyimide and graphene in solution, and removing the solvent from solution to obtain the composite.
