NOVELTY - Aqueous antibacterial material comprises 60-80 wt.% iron tourmaline base material, 0.1-1 wt.% organic polymer material binder, 2-5 wt.% graphene oxide adsorption enhancer, 15-40 wt.% antibacterial nano copper particles and 1-2 wt.% composite dispersant. USE - The aqueous antibacterial material is useful for air humidifiers, water purifiers and/or air conditioners. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of preparing the aqueous antibacterial material, comprising (i) adding iron tourmaline base material, adsorption enhancer and composite dispersant to the mixed solvent, ultrasonically dispersing at 40-60 degrees C for 1-2 hours, (ii) adding binder to the composite system obtained in step (i), continuously performing ultrasonic treatment at 40-60 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour, (iii) adding copper salt to the composite system obtained in step (i), fully mixing, transferring to PTFE reaction kettle, and reacting at 100-150 degrees C for 24-72 hours, (iv) taking out and cooling, washing with deionized water or anhydrous ethanol and freeze-drying at -10 to -30 degrees C for 6-12 hours to obtain the product.
